The Model iP are extremely effective in preventing the formation of scale, bridging, mouse holes, lumps or deposits of material on the walls.

Applications

iMixx pneumatic vibrators with continuous impact of the iP series are particularly suitable to manage materials that tend to adhere to the walls of Bins, silos , hoppers, chutes, pipes, tipper truck , trailer bodies and rail wagons. Some materials are normally sticky , wet or electrostatic powders, clay, salts, sludges and slurry residues. iMixx iP are particularly suitable to be integrated into existing systems as they do not require any drilling of the walls; they are mounted on a fixing plate to be welded on the wall to be vibrated.

The operation of iMixx iP can be continuous or discontinuous, depending on the type of application and the type of powder to be managed, with operating pressures between 2 and 6 bar.
